This why we carve time for sadana practice which is your daily set practice you do in your personal time. We encourage a pre dawn practice and evening practice pre bed to wind down and allow processing to take place pre sleep. These practices help literally rewire, clear the subconscious patterns that are running your day to day life. It’s in the practice you can start to master your mind, move into transcendental experiences and heal your body.
When we come from these wise aspects of the self we create deeper ever lasting changes as we so the truth in ourselves and life. Break addiction, trauma cycles. Then move towards growth in to evolutionary states of consciousness, which are our birth right to be. Being’s operating at our full potential.
