We have had the largest growth year since opening 20 years ago! The most community engagement working with health, sports and wellness professional leaders across the central coast. Which has been an absolute pleasure and privilege! 🙌🏻
I’ve also had the opportunity to study, work and build lifelong friendships with the most inspirational Ayurveda, Vedic, Yoga and Breath-work teachers across Australia and India.
